ScheduleFleet driver app · Last updated October 14, 2026
ScheduleFleet is the driver app of GolfCart.Fun, a golf cart rental company in the Charleston, South Carolina area, operated by Palm Tree Ventures LLC (“we”, “the company”).
The app is used by the company’s delivery drivers (and its owner) for their work. Accounts are created by the company — there is no public sign-up. Anyone can look at the app’s demo, which uses made-up sample data and sends nothing to us.
This page explains what the app collects from you as a driver, why, who sees it, and how to ask us to delete it.
Your name, and the email address and phone number the company has on file for you, plus the PIN or password you sign in with. We use them to sign you in, to put your name on your work (Check Ins, Check Outs, videos, truck checks and timesheets) and to contact you about your shifts — for example, a reminder text if you are still clocked in at night.
The app uses your phone’s motion sensors to turn GPS off while the truck is parked, which saves battery. Motion is used on the phone; we don’t keep it.
Check In (when we drop a cart off to a guest) and Check Out (when we pick it up) are recorded with a short video, with sound. Truck checks have a walk-around video too, and you can add photos of carts. You record these with the camera or pick them from Photos — the app only reads the videos you pick. They are uploaded to the company’s storage and attached to the delivery or the check. Videos can show guests, carts and rental houses.
If you allow notifications, your phone’s push token (an address Apple gives your phone for notifications) is sent to us so the office can tell you about new or changed stops. It is removed when you sign out.
What you record while working: Check Ins and Check Outs, the notes and reasons you type, truck checks and end-of-day counts, waiver choices, and the times you tapped each step.
The company’s owner can also sign in to this app to manage bookings. The app then also sends what the owner enters for a booking — the guest’s name, contact details and delivery address, the dates and carts, and the payments recorded for it.
The time of each sign-in, your device’s IP address and the type of device or browser, kept to protect your account. If a video upload fails, the error message is sent so the office can help fix it.
We keep your information as long as needed to run deliveries and meet legal obligations.
On your phone, the app keeps recorded location points only until they are sent (at most two days), and deletes its copy of a video once the upload is confirmed.
You can turn off location, motion, camera, microphone, photos or notifications at any time in iPhone Settings → Apps → ScheduleFleet. Some features won’t work without them — for example, Clock In uses your location, and the route records in the background only with location set to Always.
You can withdraw your consent at any time: turn a permission off in iPhone Settings, or ask the company (below) to stop using your information and delete it.
To ask for a copy of your information, to have it deleted, or to close your account, contact the company (below). Accounts are created and closed by the company, so this is done through the company rather than in the app. Once your account is closed you can no longer sign in. Some records may be kept where the law requires it.
