What ScheduleFleet is

ScheduleFleet is the app GolfCart.Fun’s delivery drivers use at work. It shows each driver the day’s route; records each Check In (when a cart is dropped off to a guest) and Check Out (when it is picked up) with a short video; runs the morning truck check and the end-of-day check; and is the drivers’ time clock — Clock In, Clock Out, with the route recorded in between for the timesheet.

Getting an account

Accounts are created by GolfCart.Fun for its drivers — there is no public sign-up. If you drive for us, ask the office for your PIN or your sign-in email and password.

Just want to look around? On the sign-in screen, tap Try the demo (sample data). The demo uses made-up guests and sends nothing to us; tap Exit demo to leave it.

Common fixes

• Forgot your PIN or password? Ask the office — only the company can set or reset them.
• Route not recording with the phone locked? Location must be set to Always: iPhone Settings → Apps → ScheduleFleet → Location → Always (on iOS 17 and earlier: Settings → ScheduleFleet → Location).
• Videos still uploading? They keep going with the phone locked — don’t swipe ScheduleFleet away until the bar at the top reaches 100%. My videos shows each one; anything that needs you has a button.
• No signal at a house? Save the Check In or Check Out anyway — the phone keeps it and sends it when the signal comes back.
• Notifications not showing? iPhone Settings → Apps → ScheduleFleet → Notifications → Allow Notifications.

Privacy and deleting your account

What the app collects and why: Privacy policy.

To close your account or ask for your information to be deleted, contact the company at info@golfcart.fun or (843) 800-0310. Accounts are created and closed by the company, so this is done through us rather than in the app.
